These are two of my friends from Brasil,Tatiana and Fernanda. We've known each other since I was 16 years old, when I started to learn about the church. It's a blessing to be able to visit with them every once in a while and talk about things that we used to do together when we were younger. I'm just very thankful that we are able to still be friends after so many years and being so far away from home.

I knew someone would ask me that... Not really... When I got pregnant, I really wanted to find a name that would go in Portuguese and English. I thought Tatyana was a cute name and it wouldn't be too hard for most people to say. We tried to do the same with the other two. Alyssa is an easy name to be pronounced in Portuguese, but almost nobody in my family in Brasil can say Caleb's name.
